How long a break depends on how long it takes to get the outline fleshed out enough. Definitely a week or two, possibly a month or two. But I am absolutely committed to finishing this now-a-trilogy, and unless I get hit by a bus, it's almost certain to happen. So enjoy, and try not to sweat any cliffhangers.
