Buffyverse Top 5 Classic Recs Angel Cast

It's time to pick out your costume, start carving those pumpkins, and decide on goodies to share because it's almost time for the 2022 session of Buffyverse Top 5!

That means recs for fics, vids, graphics, anything and everything fandom has produced in all the Whedon fandoms and crossovers are very welcome! We'll be reopening on October 22 at midnight UTC (what time is that for me?) and running through midnight November 2.

buffyversetop5 is a seasonal community for posting fanwork recs for all the Whedon fandoms.

Dates: Opens on October 26, 2019 at midnight UTC (6 PM EST on Thursday, October 25 in the U.S. Click here for your time zone).

October 25-27: Classic Recs weekend for any fanworks pre-2019
October 28 - November 1: Any mix of recs you'd like.
November 2-4: Flash Forward weekend focusing on content from 2019.

No matter what assortment of fan-created content recs you have, they will be welcome, so please share your recs of fics, vids, graphics, anything and everything fandom has produced in all the Whedon fandoms. As always, crossover content is A-OK!

For anyone who has questions about how things will go, please comment at the community or you can check out information on what to post during a Buffyverse Top 5 session. Anyone can drop by and check out what's getting posted and chat with other members, you just need to enjoy fanworks in these fandoms!

Summary: Dr. Horrible has a plan that's guaranteed to get Captain Hammer out of his hair once and for all! ...If only his life were that simple.
Notes: This is the more... well, horribly self-indulgent crossover idea I had when I first saw Dr. Horrible, more so since Villains By Necessity is so rare it was my long-shot Yuletide request last year. (If you've never heard of it: Epic Fantasy Quest meets Fractured Fairy Tale; Hijinks Ensue.) It was one of those things that struck me as just crazy enough to work, and so.

Notes: This is... actually not the second of the Dr. Horrible crossovers I mentioned the other day; it came about a bit later, and got far larger than I'd had in mind. But that's all right, since it was a blast to work on.
