Summary : The Transgenics are trapped inside Terminal City, under siege when Alec falls ill. Is there something more sinister behind his illness? Can he recover? When assistance is offered from an unexpected quarter, can it be trusted? And is there a closer link between the Transgenics and those offering help than anyone yet knows?

Steve has been watching the news and now he wants to know more about the Transgenics under siege in Terminal City. Tony reluctantly admits to knowing more than the average person, but neither of them are prepared for the true extent of revelations that are set to be forthcoming and no one can foresee the new friendships that will be forged.
