Especially considering I screwed around half the day having non-writing fun. But just like the pivotal scenes in The Devil You Know, I've been planning and looking forward to this one for a while. And just like then, I think the result is pretty darn good.
Best part for me: The callbacks to book 1, and the subtle foreshadowing for 3. Let me know if you think you spot it.
