intoabar is having signups right now! (That link DW, here's a link to the intoabar signups on LJ.)

It's a simple premise. You pick a character and they walk into a bar. Then you pick 1-4 other fandoms you feel comfortable working in and sabinetzin will roll the dice and give you a character for your chosen character to meet in the bar. (The bar is metaphorical, as is the walking, and just about everything else. Think of it as a meet cute for two unlikely characters.) This fest has spawned some of the best crossovers out there. Check it out!

Not to mention, it's only 500 words if you write fic, and now you can do art, vids, podfic and other things too! Come on, join us!

Do, however read the rules - the premise is simple, but there are some things that are a little thorny, including Marvel and RPF - so please read the rules if you're thinking of anything under either of those fandom umbrellas.
