Another update that only took three weeks despite my ever busier schedule. Things will be getting even more hectic for the next couple months, so my schedule may slip a bit, but everything is on track for this book -- and thus, the trilogy -- to be finished by early next year.

And where the desperate battle for truth may be the very instrument of his destruction.

And in the current universe: Spike feels his oats and does the right thing. Lumen gets the full on First treatment, does her homework, and makes a discovery. Brian sees another possible path. The Three Musketeers of Miami Metro formally meet William the Bloody. Lumen consults her findings, remembers the past, finds something unexpected, and has a flash of intuition. And Astor and Tara sense the awakening of a powerful new presence.
